Rebel and independent MLAs are out of Himachal Pradesh after major developments in the Rajya Sabha elections. After Panchkula, Rishikesh, there is a camp of rebel and independent MLAs in Delhi for many days now. Sources said that the rebels who raised the flag of rebellion against Congress sat together on Monday afternoon to brainstorm on points related to the future politics. In the two rounds of meetings, efforts were made to reach consensus by discussing several points in depth.

Sources are telling that an immediate agreement has been reached in the rebel camp not to prolong the matter of the petition filed in the supreme court against the Speaker decision. There was also consideration of withdrawing the petition in the matter but the decision was postponed. Instead of waiting for a long decision in the supreme court, emphasis was laid on getting ready for the by-elections directly and giving a clear message to the public.
Before entering the electoral fray for the by-election, it was considered the need of the hour to capitalize on the opportunity of joining BJP. It is clear that the Congress rebels have made up their mind to move ahead by joining the BJP. Independent MLAs can also join them. On the other hand, sources are saying that the BJP high command has also prepared to take big steps soon in this big matter related to Himachal Pradesh Politics.
Brainstorming has intensified in the Congress party to assess the gains and losses in the Lok Sabha and by-elections and future opportunities in Himachal Pradesh. Former CM and Leader of Opposition Jairam Thakur has already indicated in this regard. Sources are saying that this has been conveyed by the party in the by-election related circles as a gesture to the leadership of BJP. According to the decision of the high command, a one-line message is being sent to the party to work in unity.
In this context, it is possible for BJP National President JP Nadda to meet the rebels till late tonight. It is being said that if everything continues like this, Congress rebels may wear saffron robes tomorrow or the day after. However, official confirmation regarding this has not been made yet.
