HP Govt: Preparations started to regularize the employees who completed their contractual service till 31st March

Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Shimla, March 05: Preparations have been started to regularize those who have completed two years of contractual service by 31 March 2024 in various departments, corporations and boards of Himachal Pradesh. Following the instructions of Himachal Personnel Department, the departments have started collecting category wise details of contract employees. In the letter issued by the Personnel Department, it has been clarified that the employees who have completed two years of contractual service are going to be regularized on the basis of the available post. After regularization, transfer can also be done in any area of Himachal Pradesh.

A committee will be formed at the departmental level for regularization. This committee is going to check all the necessary documents before regularizing it. The employee is to be considered regular from the date of issue of notification of regularization.
Complete information sought till March 20 –
In this series, Himachal Education Department issued a letter on Monday and has started collecting records of teachers and non-teachers who have completed two years of contractual service category wise from all the District Deputy Directors. A format in this regard has also been sent by the Education Department. Instructions have been given to submit complete information to the Education Directorate by March 20. Similarly, collecting records has also been started from other departments.
