All the liabilities of Himcare and other schemes are going to be paid by the end of this financial year. Health and Family Welfare Minister Dhaniram Shandil said this in the House on Thursday. MLAs Janakraj, Deepraj, Randhir Sharma, Ashish Sharma and Rakesh Jamwal asked questions related to Ayushman Yojana, Himcare Yojana and Sahara Yojana. Earlier, Dhaniram Shandil said that a very detailed question has been asked. If something has gone wrong, it is going to be investigated. BJP MLA Janak Raj said that calls are being received daily that the benefits of Himcare scheme are not being received. It seems that the health department itself is falling ill. BJP MLA Randhir Sharma said that the questions of five MLAs have been clubbed. Himcare’s liabilities are pending. Still Himachal government is saying that there is no liability. Therefore, when will the government give funds to 249 institutions? The amount of Sahara Yojana is also outstanding. When will the Sahara Yojana amount be given? Dhaniram Shandil said that the outstanding amount is pending. The Himcare scheme has a liability of Rs 249 crore. It is being ensured that all the pending amount will be given in this financial year. Meanwhile, Leader of Opposition Jairam Thakur said that five members have asked questions. It is a reality that things are being hidden. The owner of a private hospital was found and told that he had liabilities of more than Rs 5 crore. Can’t do more than this. Himcare scheme is not being implemented even in government hospitals. Jairam Thakur asked that there are liabilities of about Rs 350 crore and he is saying wrong.

On this, Town Planning Minister Rajesh Dharmani said that it has been sent in the Parvatmala scheme. He said that ropeway has also been proposed in Bharmour. After this, in his supplementary question, BJP MLA from Nayana Devi assembly constituency Randhir Sharma said that a ropeway project was prepared between Anandpur Sahib and Nayana Devi. After this, when Himachal government changed, it was changed in 2013. After this, a plan has been made to build a ropeway from Kaulanwala Toba. It must be created. This will give the message of unity and brotherhood. BJP MLA Randhir Sharma said that a new scheme has been started after the change of Himachal government.
