Himachal : State Level Function To Be Held In Dharamshala On Completion Of One Year Hp Congress Govt
On the grand occasion of completion of one year tenure of Himachal Pradesh government of the ruling Congress Party of Himachal Pradesh, on Monday, 11th December, on the theme of ‘One Year of System Change’, at the Police Ground in Dharamshala, Kangra district, the tourist capital of Himachal Pradesh, The decision to organize the high level function has been taken in the second meeting of Cabinet Ministers of Himachal Pradesh Government.

Shimla – Honourable Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh, Shri Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu said that on the occasion of completion of one year tenure of the ruling Himachal Pradesh government, ‘One Year of System Change’ will be organized on Monday, 11th December at Police Ground Dharamshala in Kangra district, the tourist capital of Himachal Pradesh. An important decision to organize a state level function on the theme of ‘One Year of System Change’ has been taken in the second meeting of Cabinet Ministers of Himachal Pradesh Government. All the central senior leaders of the Congress Party high command are also going to participate in the state level function.CM Sukhu has provided information while addressing an important review meeting of all senior officials of Himachal Pradesh government organized for all types of managements regarding the arrangement of state level function on Tuesday.
CM Sukhu has directed all the senior officials of the state government to complete all the arrangements before December 11 for successfully organizing the state level function and to provide all possible facilities to all the Congress party workers attending the state level function. CM Sukhu said that Himachal Pradesh Government’s Revenue Minister Jagat Singh Negi along with Congress MLAs Sanjay Ratan and Kewal Singh Pathania will be coordinating with the Kangra District Administration Headquarters for all types of program management in relation to the state level function. CM Sukhu directed all the departments of Himachal Pradesh Government to coordinate with Kangra District Administration Headquarters for organizing the state level function for all types of security managements, clean drinking water and electricity supply, sanitation management as well as proper management of mobile toilets. Appropriate guidelines have also been issued to ensure that the people of Himachal Pradesh attending the state level function do not have to face any kind of problems and difficulties during the function.CM Sukhu has issued appropriate guidelines to the Himachal Pradesh Police Department for smooth traffic of all types of vehicles and also for making concrete arrangements for parking of vehicles.

CM Sukhu said that an important decision has been taken to install a big LED screen at Police Ground Dharamshala to provide great facilities to the people of Himachal Pradesh participating in the state level function. CM Sukhu has issued appropriate guidelines to provide adequate management and facilities to the people of Himachal Pradesh attending the state level function to avoid any kind of mismanagement. Through a virtual meeting, CM Sukhu has issued special guidelines to Kangra District Administration Deputy Commissioner as well as all senior officials regarding organizing the state level function. In an important meeting of senior officials of Himachal Pradesh State Government, Revenue Minister of Himachal Pradesh Government Jagat Singh Negi, Congress MLA Kewal Singh Pathania, Director General of Himachal Pradesh Police Dr. Sanjay Kundu, Chief Principal Secretary of Himachal Pradesh Omkar Chand Sharma, CM Sukhu K. Chief Principal Secretary Bharat Kheda, Finance Principal Secretary Devesh Kumar, Secretaries Abhishek Jain, M Sudha Devi, C Palrasu along with Rakesh Kanwar, Himachal Pradesh Additional Director General of Police Satwant Atwal along with all senior officers were also present in the review meeting.

Himachal Pradesh Congress President Pratibha Singh had said on Monday that she herself had not been provided specific information for organizing the state level function. Due to which, now on Tuesday, Himachal Pradesh Congress Committee has issued a notification for a review meeting on Thursday, December 7 regarding all the important preparations for the state level function.
