Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Mandi, April 03: A sensational case of suicide has come to light in Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh. Here this young man, hurt by his girlfriend’s marriage, hanged himself in the house. The surprising thing is that the young man recorded a video of this entire incident on his mobile. In which there is the entire incident of hanging. However, in the video the young man has not said anything about taking such a step. This case came to light in Chalal village of Dharampur at 10 am on Tuesday. On receiving the information, the police seized the body of the youth along with his mobile. The police found a video of the youth cutting a vein with a blade in the past from his mobile. Police investigation is ongoing.

This Is The Whole Matter –
According to the information, Vikas Bhardwaj, son of Sher Singh of Chalal village, was working as an outsourced worker in the Jal Shakti Department a year ago, but was thrown out of the job a few months ago. Vikas also used to drive private vehicles. On Tuesday morning the family members went to their work as usual. While he was alone in the house. During this time, he committed suicide by making a noose of rope from the handle of a fan in his room. This incident happened at 10 am in the morning. When the mother reached home around 1:30 in the afternoon, she found her son hanging. When the noise was raised, the family members and women reached the spot and cut the noose with a sickle and took him to the hospital. Where the doctors declared him dead.

On receiving the information, the police reached the spot and took the body into custody and sent it to Sarkaghat for post-mortem. Police visited the spot and collected evidence. When the police interrogated the family members, it was revealed that the young man was having a love affair with a girl from Punjab. Investigation has revealed that the said girl got married on Tuesday itself. Hurt by this, he took this step. The young man’s father is a driver by profession. Whereas Mother is an outsourced sanitation worker in Civil Hospital Dharampur.
On the other hand, DSP Sarkaghat Sanjeev Gautam said that Dharampur police station in-charge Rakesh Dhiman is investigating the case. The matter is being investigated keeping all aspects in mind.
Vikas Was The Only Brother Of Two Sisters –
Vikas was the only brother of two sisters. One sister is married and one is unmarried. According to local Panchayat head Doli Devi, Vikas was a sociable young man and would immediately stand up for work on someone’s request. It is surprising for him to take such a step. Vikas wanted to build the second floor of his house before the marriage of his younger sister. Construction Work was also going on for this these days, but the family members are shocked by this step of Vikas and they are in bad condition, crying. Parents are unable to come out of the shock due to Vikas’s loss of support at the time of old age and are unable to believe the incident.
