Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad has started a hunger strike in protest against the lack of facilities in the colleges of Hamirpur district in the state.It should be noted that Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu also belongs to Nadaun area of Hamirpur district, but many posts of teachers are lying vacant in Nadaun college.
There are no facilities for sports activities of the girl students in the college. Besides, no volleyball court has been made for the students.

Hamirpur News-Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad has started a hunger strike in protest against the lack of facilities in the colleges of Hamirpur district in the state.
It should be noted that Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu also belongs to Nadaun area of Hamirpur district, but many posts of teachers are lying vacant in Nadaun college.

Not only this, security guards are also not available for the security of the college.
District Organization Minister of Vidyarthi Parishad, Yash Verma said that In view of all the demands, the students have decided to go on hunger strike.
They have demanded from the state government to expand the scope of Sardar Patel University so that adequate facilities can be provided to the students in the respective colleges.
The Student Council demands from the administration that the scope of SPU should be expanded as soon as possible, student union elections should be restored and basic facilities should be made available to the students here as soon as possible.
