Parents say that due to this rule of Himachal Pradesh Government, schools have been benefited, one class has been increased, which is not necessary at all, whereas till date only children who have completed 5 years have the right to take admission in the first class.

Parents have appealed to the Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu that children who have been going to school for two years should be given an opportunity to take admission in the first class or an additional relaxation of one or two months should be given to the given relaxation, so that the children can complete their first year and the Parents can get the benefit of the fees, admission fees and examination fees paid by them.
