Shimla- Technomech Company in Himachal Pradesh has taken a loan of twenty five hundred crore rupees from sixteen renowned Indian banks, due to which investigation has exposed all the layers of scam of Technomech Company.
Technomac company has come under the scanner despite actively taking loans of more than twenty-five hundred crore rupees from sixteen reputed banks of India.
A complete scam worth crores of rupees has been exposed by Indian Technomac Company in the state of Himachal Pradesh.
Indian Technomac Company has taken a loan of more than twenty five hundred crore rupees from about sixteen reputed banks of India.
Indian Technomac Company has misled the bank officials by taking loans from sixteen reputed banks of India by using the names of other companies.
In the entire action taken by Himachal Pradesh State CID, CBI and ED, the entire layers of the bank loan scam committed by Indian Technomac Company are being actively exposed.
Indian Technomac Company has been accused of VAT tax evasion of Rs 2,175 crore between 2008 and 2014 in the proceedings of Himachal Pradesh State CID, CBI and ED.
On the other hand, Indian Technomac Company has also caused loss of electricity worth crores of rupees to Himachal Pradesh Electricity Board Limited.
Himachal Pradesh State CID has taken action against Indian Technomac Company management and registered two FIRs against Indian Technomac Company in Himachal Pradesh regarding both the scams.
Also, in the entire case of both the scams, Himachal Pradesh State CID has taken challan and presented challan against the management of Indian Technomac Company.
According to the information received by Himachal Pradesh State CID, Indian Technomac Company had taken loans from eight banks from April to December 2011. Also, a huge scam has been carried out by the management of Indian Technomac Company by taking loans worth crores of rupees from seven banks between March and December 2012.
On the other hand, Indian Technomac Company has taken a loan of crores of rupees from a bank in 2013.
Rakesh Kumar Sharma, Chief Managing Director of Indian Technomac Company, has absconded towards Dubai after the management of Indian Technomac Company committed fraud by taking loans from sixteen reputed banks of India using fake documents and in the names of other companies.
Himachal Pradesh State CID, CBI and ED are continuously making efforts to bring Rakesh Kumar Sharma, Managing Director of Indian Technomac Company, from Dubai to India.
The documents are being scrutinized by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to investigate the entire fraud committed by the management of Indian Technomac Company in the name of fake loans from sixteen reputed banks of India.
