Wednesday February 21: Himachal government has got a big relief on Wild Flower Hall property, while Oberoi Group has suffered a setback.

The Supreme Court also agreed with the order of the Himachal High Court and upheld the order to hand over Hotel Wild Flower Hall located in Chharabra, Shimla to the Himachal Government and orders have been issued to the Oberoi Group to hand over the property to the Himachal Government within a year.

Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu welcomed the decision of the Supreme Court and said that the property of Wild Flower Hall is important for the state.

CM Sukhu Said that Himachal government provided renowned lawyers to represent the entire case, due to which the decision came in their favor.

Himachal government is now going to move ahead after examining all the aspects.

Regarding Hotel Wild Flower Hall, Himachal High Court had also ordered to hand over the property to the government.

The Oberoi group approached the Supreme Court but did not get relief from there either. Now Oberoi Group will have to return the property to the himachal government within one year.

The Wild Flower Hall hotel case was going on in the himachal high court and the Himachal High Court had given relief to the Himachal government in the matter of this property in October 2022.
