Shimla- Research conducted in Himachal Pradesh has claimed that now the deadly disease of dengue which is spreading rapidly in the entire Himachal Pradesh can be easily reduced. With this research, mosquitoes can now be controlled easily.

According to this important research done in Himachal Pradesh, after the monsoon rains in Himachal Pradesh, the spread of mosquitoes can be easily prevented from increasing again.
This research has been linked to all the risks associated with the increase in transmission of diseases that have traditionally come to Himachal Pradesh during the monsoon period.

All researchers from IIT Mandi and Institute for Stem Cell Science and Regenerative Medicine (DBT-InStem) Bengaluru to actively control mosquitoes and reduce the spread of the deadly dengue disease that is actively spreading in Himachal Pradesh Important research has been done.

According to this important research, after the rains in the monsoon season in Himachal Pradesh, the entire spread of all mosquitoes can be easily stopped again. This research claims that the traditional period of transmission of mosquitoes is said to be associated with a continuous active increase in the overall disease transmission process and all types of their risks.

Teams of researchers from IIT Mandi and the Institute for Stem Cell and Science Regenerative Medicine (DBT-InStem), Bangalore, have also discovered biochemical processes that enable all dengue-causing mosquitoes and their eggs to survive and adapt to harsh conditions. Environmental conditions once again enable them to survive.

This research will play the most important role during the fight against all the diseases which are continuously actively spread by the deadly female mosquitoes, giving a new perspective to the people of Himachal Pradesh for all the measures designed to control the mosquito vectors most effectively. Will provide a ray of hope.

Details of all these research have also been published in PLOS Biology journal. Also, the researchers said that this important research will prove to be most important in view of the continuously increasing cases of agricultural pests.

Know which important discovery the researchers made –

Dr. Baskar Baktavachalu, the most important researcher of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Mandi, told Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma that the female mosquito is entered into an altered metabolic state to cope with the drying condition of the eggs.

Due to which the production of polyamines of the metabolic stage increases the most, which plays the most important role in making the fetus fully capable of facing all the damages caused by lack of water.

Due to which, after complete rehydration, the embryo uses high calorie lipid substances as a source of energy to complete all its developmental tasks.

His most important role in research work was –

To prepare the research paper, Dr. Baskar Bakthavchalu, Additional Assistant Professor, Department of School of Biosciences and Bioengineering, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mandi, along with Anjana Prasad, Srisa Sridharan and Institute for Stem Cell Science and Regenerative Medicine (DBT- The special support and guidance of Dr. Sunil Laxman from Instem) has been an important contribution in successfully publishing this research in PLOS Biology journal.
