The division bench of Himachal Pradesh High Court Justice Tarlok Singh Chauhan and Justice Ranjan Sharma, while hearing all the various PILs, has passed all these orders with immediate effect.

While hearing the case of Himachal Pradesh High Court, the court was told that for the establishment of Kendduwal Solid Waste Disposal Plant, Baddi District Solan, it was necessary to comply with 36 pre-determined conditions and said that till date all the compliance conditions have not been implemented. .

The Himachal Pradesh High Court along with the Environmental Engineer of the Himachal Pradesh Pollution Control Board as well as the Chief Representative of the Environment Ministry of the Government of India, Scientist Dr. Bhavana Singh, has ordered the inspection of the said plant on October 19 and if necessary, even after that, all types of Orders to submit status report after completion of inspections
