Shimla – While replying to the Himachal Pradesh High Court, the Himachal Pradesh Government has said that only Hotel Wild Flower Hall is required and the Himachal Pradesh Government has full rights over Hotel Wild Flower Hall.

Himachal Pradesh Government’s clear answer in Himachal Pradesh High Court, Himachal Pradesh Government’s right on Hotel Wild Flower Hall –
In the hearing process by the court bench of Himachal Pradesh High Court, Advocate General of Himachal Pradesh High Court and Advocate General Anup Ratan, who was presenting the case on behalf of Himachal Pradesh Government, said that the Himachal Pradesh Government clearly has the right over Hotel Wild Flower Hall and Himachal Pradesh government only wants the official property of Hotel Wild Flower Hall.
Himachal Pradesh Government, while filing its written reply in the hearing bench of Himachal Pradesh High Court, has clarified that Himachal Pradesh wants to take over Hotel Wild Flower Hall with its full rights.
On Tuesday, the Himachal Pradesh government filed a complete counter petition in the Himachal Pradesh High Court for its complete rights over Hotel Wild Flower Hall and refused to consider any other options other than Hotel Wild Flower Hall.
The counter petition and hearing process of the entire case of Hotel Wild Flower Hall is being conducted in the court bench of Himachal Pradesh High Court Chief Justice Satyen Vaidya.
After filing the entire counter petition on behalf of the Himachal Pradesh government, the next hearing date has been fixed for November 24 by the court of Chief Justice Satyen Vaidya of Himachal Pradesh High Court.
Himachal Pradesh Government Advocate General Anup Ratan told Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma in the Himachal Pradesh High Court premises after the hearing process and filing of the counter petition that the matter for which the hearing process was being conducted and the hearing for which Himachal Pradesh Government has today filed its written reply on Hotel Wild Flower Hall on the counter petition of Himachal Pradesh High Court, for the last three consecutive days, the High Court was asserting its authority for the process.
The Government of Himachal Pradesh, with all its authority, is making every effort to take back Hotel Wild Hall under any circumstances, and the Management of Hotel Wild Flower Hall Group Company has not fulfilled any of its conditions for years, due to which Himachal Pradesh government is facing a loss of crores of rupees in revenue.
Also, a counter petition has been filed today in the Himachal Pradesh High Court with full authority regarding the stay of all the executive orders by the Himachal Pradesh Government through the application of Hotel Wild Flower Hall.
The Himachal Pradesh Government has given clarification in its entire counter petition that the Himachal Pradesh Government wants the rights over Hotel Wild Flower Hall only and no other options will be considered.
The next hearing process will be held on November 24 in the court bench of Himachal Pradesh High Court Chief Justice Satyen Vaidya.
On the other hand, Honorable Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh Shri Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has already warned that Hotel Wild Flower Hall is the official property of the Himachal Pradesh Government and Himachal Pradesh government will not allow Hotel Wild Flower Hall to fall into the hands of robbers in any way.
Entire property case between Himachal Pradesh Government and Hotel Wild Flower Hall Group –
Himachal Pradesh Government has been saying for years that the Revenue Department of Himachal Pradesh Government has not received any kind of revenue for years from the one hundred and twenty-six bighas of land given on lease to Hotel Wild Flower Hall.
For years, taking seriously the issue of one hundred and twenty-six bighas of land and the entire property provided to Hotel Wild Flower Hall Group on lease, there is a fierce dispute going on regarding the revenue between the Government of Himachal Pradesh and the Hotel Wild Flower Hall Group Company Management.
Hotel Wild Flower Hall Group Company Management will have to deposit approximately Rs 120 crore in the Revenue Department of Himachal Pradesh Government by any means.
After a long time, Hotel Wild Flower Hall located at Chharabra in Shimla district, the capital of Himachal Pradesh, was taken over by the Himachal Pradesh government by giving a stay order on Saturday morning.
But within a few hours of the Himachal Pradesh government’s occupation, the Hotel Wild Flower Hall Group company management had defended itself through a stay order from the Himachal Pradesh High Court.
Also, the Himachal Pradesh High Court had issued a notification to stop all orders of any kind of occupation of Hotel Wild Flower Hall by the Himachal Pradesh Government with immediate effect.
Hotel Wild Flower Hall Group Company Management countered by arguing that the Himachal Pradesh State Government acted in haste and took over Hotel Wild Flower Hall through executive order in violation of all the notifications of the Himachal Pradesh High Court.
On which the Himachal Pradesh High Court agreed with immediate effect on all the arguments of Hotel Wild Flower Hall Group Company Management and said that on the counter petition, orders have been issued by the Himachal Pradesh Government to submit petition on all types of appropriate options. Actions were taken and orders were issued to Himachal Pradesh Government to remove their occupation from Hotel Wild Flower Hall within two hours with immediate effect.
