This time Nachan MLA Vinod Kumar is in a tussle with a Mandi police officer. The matter is of two weeks ago, but the matter has come to light in the media after the police prepared a Kalandara against Nachan MLA Vinod Kumar. Police have registered a case against Nachan MLA Vinod Kumar under various sections and sent this Kalandara to the court and sought permission for further action.

Let us tell you that two weeks ago, during the funeral of an ITBP officer with honors under Dhanotu police station, Nachan MLA Vinod Kumar had an argument with the Dhanotu police station in-charge over some issue. The matter became so serious that the MLA got angry and scolded the police officer. After which this matter reached the higher authorities, a report of the said incident was taken from the concerned officer. Now the police have registered a case against the MLA in Dhanotu police station after preparing Kalandara under various sections for obstructing government work, threatening policemen and damaging the reputation of the police. After which the police has approached the court for further action.

Let us tell you that during the last rainy season, Nachan MLA Vinod Kumar had a fight with SDM Smritika Negi regarding the distribution of tarpaulin. According to concrete information, to make the case stronger, the incident of what was said to SDM Smritika Negi has also been mentioned by the police.
ASP Mandi Sagar Chand said that the police has prepared a case against MLA Vinod under IPC 186, 189 and 500 and sent it to the court. SP Mandi Sakshi Verma said that the matter has been sent to the court for further investigation. Further action will be taken only after the consent of the court.
