Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Shimla, May 11:Himachal Pradesh Government’s Industries and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Harshwardhan Chauhan has said that the six tainted Congress MLAs have accepted all the charges by withdrawing their petitions filed in the Supreme Court of India.Harshwardhan Chauhan said that after being disqualified by the Assembly Speaker, six tainted MLAs of the Congress Party had challenged the decision of disqualification by filing a petition in the Supreme Court, But now six tainted MLAs have withdrawn their petition from the Supreme Court and have proved that Assembly Speaker Kuldeep Singh Pathania’s decision to disqualify the tainted MLAs was absolutely right and he had taken this decision within his jurisdiction.

Harshwardhan said that the six tainted MLAs who left the Congress party and joined the BJP should answer to the people of Himachal Pradesh about the decision to withdraw their petition from Supreme Court of India.He said that after withdrawal of the petition from the Supreme Court, now the people of the state are going to decide the career of six tainted MLAs through voting in the by-elections, And all the tainted MLAs are going to get a one-sided defeat. He said that today the situation of the tainted MLAs is so bad that they are running away from showing their black face to the people of their assembly constituency.
Parliamentary Affairs Minister said that today the public of all the tainted MLAs’ assemblies are continuously asking questions and the tainted MLAs are running away from the public with black faces.
He said that a wave has been created by the people of entire Himachal Pradesh against all the six tainted MLAs, which is going to wreak havoc on all the six tainted MLAs on June 1.
