Hamirpur: A mountain of sorrows fell on the family on the day of Rakshabandhan, 14-year-old daughter died due to electric shock
Hamirpur, August 19: A tragic incident has come to light in Ward No. 2 Ramgali Krishna Nagar of Nagar Parishad Hamirpur under Sadar Police Station. Where 14-year-old Tara Kumari died on the spot after coming in contact with HT power line while playing on the lenter. Tara was playing on the lenter with other friends when this tragic incident took place.
After getting information about the incident, Superintendent of Police Hamirpur Bhagat Singh Thakur and SDM Hamirpur Manish Soni along with Additional Superintendent of Police Hamirpur Rajesh Kumar also reached the spot. After reaching here, the officers talked with the family members and have given instructions for impartial investigation of the case. After the sudden death of this daughter of Nepali origin, mourning has spread in the area. The family members are in a bad condition due to crying.
The family of Nepali origin has been living in a rented house here for many years. The administrative officials have provided immediate relief of Rs 25,000 to the family.
