Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Kullu, May 15In Shimla, youth are becoming victims of fraud every day due to lack of information in the name of getting government jobs.In this series, a young man from Shimla has been made a victim of fraud of Rs 8 lakh sixty three thousand by the accused in the name of getting a government job as a forest guard in Himachal Pradesh Forest Department.After losing eight lakh sixty three thousand rupees by falling prey to fraud, a case has been registered against the accused by the youth before New Shimla police station in-charge.

New Shimla police station in-charge has registered a case of fraud against the accused and with immediate effect the accused has been arrested from New Shimla police station area and is being rigorously interrogated.The accused has been identified by New Shimla police station in-charge as Dilip Singh Negi, district Kinnaur.The accused was committing fraud while living in New Shimla Area, due to which he cheated the victim Nishant, resident of Chirgaon, sub-division Rohru, district Shimla, of Rs 8 lakh sixty three thousand.

 

The victim youth Nishant told the New Shimla police station in-charge that he was busy preparing for a government job and lived in a rented room in New Shimla area.Then he became friends with the accused youth Dilip Singh Negi, And Dilip Singh Negi offered a government job of forest guard to the victim Nishant by revealing his identity in Himachal Pradesh Forest Department.In which the victim Nishant was completely trapped under the influence of the accused.After that, the accused was so hungry for money that he completely trapped the victim Nishant by giving him a fake appointment letter of Forest Guard in Himachal Pradesh Forest Department, Due to which the victim Nishant had to pay an amount of Rs 8 lakh 63 thousand to the accused Dilip Singh Negi, but when Nishant reached the office of Himachal Pradesh Forest Department for joining, the appointment letter turned out to be fake and then the victim Nishant came to know that he was cheated.
