G7 summit : PM Modi, who arrived in Japan on Friday, met Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on the sidelines of the G7 summit. This is the first meeting between the two leaders post the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
 Prime Minister Narendra Modi held bilateral talks with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on the sidelines of the G7 summit in the Japanese city of Hiroshima on Saturday evening.
The meeting between Modi and Zelenskyy was scheduled following a series of discussions between senior diplomats of India and Ukraine.
This was the first in-person meeting between PM Modi and Zelenskyy after the Russian invasion of Ukraine in February last year.
