Union Tourism Secretary Arvind Singh has said that the ministerial-level statement will be finalized in the third meeting of the G20 tourism working group to be held next month (May).Singh on Sunday inaugurated the three-day ‘Great India Tourism Bazaar’ Addressing the inauguration ceremony of the G20 Tourism Working Group, the next meeting will be held in Srinagar on May 22-24. He said that the Goa manifesto is expected to be finalized in this meeting.

The first meeting of the Tourism Working Group was held in Kutch while the second meeting was held in Siliguri. This working group has been formed to give a new place to tourism activities among G20 members.

“We hope that the subsequent ministerial-level conference in Goa will focus on sustainable tourism supporting the environment and creating opportunities for local businesses,” Singh said.
