Mamta from Holy area of Bharmour tribal area of Himachal Pradesh has been selected for the post of Junior Scientific Officer in the State Pollution Control Board, a division of the Department of Environment, Science Technology and Climate Change, Himachal Pradesh.

Mamta has been selected for Junior Scientific Officer post after passing the examination and interview conducted by Himachal Public Service Commission.

Mamta’s primary education was in a government school in the tribal area Bharmour. After this, Mamta Studied B.Sc. from Himachal Pradesh Agricultural University, Palampur and completed M.Sc. in Environment from Central University of Punjab.

Mamta has passed NET JRF in Environment subject –

Her father is a farmer and mother a teacher. Mamta has reached this achievement today due to living in the mountains and being a nature lover and hard-working nature since childhood.

Mamta has given the credit of her success to her parents, teachers and her friends.

Mamta says that she is always ready for the welfare of her community and society and is determined to protect the environment.

Mamta view is that at present every citizen should imbibe the feeling that nature is our mother and we all are her children and should cooperate in preserving the environment by behaving motherly towards the environment.
