Contract employees who have completed 2 years are regular in Himachal, daily wage earners of 4 years are also regular

Shimla, April 30: (DIARYTIMES)- The wait for regularization of contract and daily wage workers in Himachal Pradesh is over. The Sukhu government has issued an order for regularization of employees who have completed their two-year contract tenure by March 31, 2023.

On the other hand, the employees who have completed two years contract tenure by September 30, 2023 will be regular on September 30, 2023.

In another notification, the workers who have completed four years of daily wages by March 31, 2023 will also be regularised. However, the government has set a condition for this to work regularly for 240 days. All these will be posted on vacant posts in various departments.

Let us tell you that every year, on completion of the prescribed 2 years of service, a notification is issued to regularize the contract employees by 30 September and 31 March.
