Shimla – Former Chinese Foreign Minister Qin Gang, who was mysteriously missing for six months, has died due to torture. The death of former Chinese Foreign Minister Qin Gang has been claimed by America’s media house Politico. In the report of American media house Politico, the main reason for the death of former Chinese Foreign Minister Qin Gang is being said to be suicide or torture. According to the report of American media house Politico, quoting two Chinese officials, it has been told in its report that China’s former Foreign Minister Qin Gang was died during treatment in a military hospital in Beijing, the capital of China, in the month of July itself.

It is known that Qin Gang, who was the closest friend of Chinese President Xi Jin Ping, was removed from the post of Foreign Minister in the month of July 2023 due to serious allegations of espionage along with an affair with a TV anchor. Due to which the entire allegations of affair and espionage with the TV anchor are being investigated. It was also claimed in the Wall Street Journal report that China’s former Foreign Minister Qin Gang had come into limelight due to his affair with a famous TV anchor, due to which there was huge opposition to the removal of China’s former Foreign Minister Qin Gang from the post of Foreign Minister.
According to the report of American media house Politico, along with having an affair with a TV anchor, many other serious allegations were made against China’s former Foreign Minister Qin Gang. Apart from China’s former Foreign Minister Qin Gang, China’s former Defense Minister Li Shangfu, China’s Rocket Force Commander Liu Yuchao was also dismissed on serious charges. This rocket force was also held responsible for China’s nuclear program.

Qin Gang, famously known as the diplomat who answered bricks with bullets, was sworn in as China’s Foreign Minister in December 2022.
