The incident of attack on Himachal Pradesh Congress General Secretary and former MLA Bumber Thakur has been a sensation of discussion in the entire Himachal Pradesh since morning. Meanwhile, according to complete information late in the evening, six accused have been arrested by Bilaspur Police.
According to Bilaspur Police, as soon as the former MLA came out of the office of the DBL company working under the railway project on Friday, about 20 people first abused him and then started fighting. The accused also used sticks and sharp edged weapons during the attack. Two sons of the former MLA also suffered serious injuries in the entire incident.

On the other hand, an protest rally has been taken out by Congress workers in protest against the entire incident of assault and slogans have also been raised.
Meanwhile, the former MLA Bumber Thakur has alleged that the attack was conspired by BJP MLA Trilok Jamwal. Bumber Thakur said that he had gone to discuss the issue of unemployed. As soon as he came out of the office, he was attacked by BJP supported workers involved in chitta business.
Meanwhile, DSP Madan Dhiman said that six accused have been arrested and the entire case is being investigated in depth.
