Pinky, a female worker from Baddi who was referred to PGI Chandigarh has died. Nine workers are still reported missing in the massive fire.

The massive fire in the perfume manufacturing aroma factory located on Hilltop in Baddi, Jharmajri, the industrial area of Solan district of Himachal Pradesh, has still not subsided. On the other hand, the family members of the fire affected people have also reached the spot at Jharmajri. The tears are not stopping from the eyes of the family members who are waiting for their loved ones. The operation to find the missing people can be launched only after the massive fire is completely extinguished. Himachal Pradesh DGP Sanjay Kundu has also reached the spot Jharmajri.

Himachal Pradesh DGP Dr Sanjay Kundu said that the massive fire is now under control. DGP Dr. Sanjay Kundu said that the NDRF team is going to conduct internal and external investigation of the Aroma Factory building. After this, Himachal Pradesh Forensic Team is going to go inside the Aroma Factory and collect all the evidence.

Also, DGP Dr. Sanjay Kundu said that SIT has been formed for detailed investigation of the entire matter. The SIT team is going to once again investigate and inspect the entire incident.

DGP Dr Sanjay Kundu said that the plant manager was arrested on Friday night and the plant manager has admitted that around 85 people were present inside the building at the time of the entire incident. One of these female workers, Pinky, died during treatment at PGI, Chandigarh.
Also, 30 workers are admitted in various hospitals of Solan district. Also, 13 workers were missing, out of which 4 workers have been found safe. Now only nine workers are missing and a search operation is being conducted to trace the nine workers. DGP Dr. Sanjay Kundu said that by Saturday evening the situation on the entire incident will become more clear.

Names of these police officers included in SIT –

Additional Superintendent of Police Ashok Verma, Deputy Superintendent of Police Khajana Ram and Barotiwala police station in-charge SI Sanjay Sharma have been included in the SIT formed by Himachal Pradesh DGP Dr Sanjay Kundu.

Chandrashekhar, plant head of NR Aroma Company, has been arrested.

In connection with the incident of massive fire, Solan District Police is currently conducting a search operation with immediate effect for nine workers who were reported missing after the massive fire.

According to the preliminary investigation so far, a total of 85 workers were present in the Aroma Factory at the time of the massive fire.

This is how the entire rescue operation will run after the massive fire –

The NDRF is currently assessing the structural safety of the fire site and making it free from hazardous gases like carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulphide and sulfur dioxide.

After getting the approval, a team from HP Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) will inspect the crime scene and collect all the necessary evidence.

In view of the complex nature of the massive fire, Himachal Pradesh DGP Dr Sanjay Kundu has requested the Government of Himachal Pradesh to assist the Central Forensic Science Team of the Government of India.

The SIT formed will visit the spot and collect all the evidence and conduct a comprehensive investigation into the horrific fire incident.

According to Himachal Pradesh Police, the entire investigation will be done in a professional manner and every possible effort will be made to provide justice to the affected parties.

It is noteworthy that a massive fire broke out in the Aroma Factory after 12:00 noon on Friday.

How the massive fire broke out in the Aroma Factory, the reasons behind the massive fire are not yet known.

In the preliminary investigation, it is being speculated that the fire may have been caused by a short circuit in the chemical.

Baddi Superintendent of Police Ilma Afroz told Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma that a full case of negligence has been registered against the Aroma Factory at Barotiwala police station.

The deceased in the horrific fire has been identified as Pinky, wife of Pawan, resident of Makhnumajra, Baddi, by Baddi Superintendent of Police Ilma Afroz.

The condition of Aarti, Charan Singh, Geeta and Prem Kumari admitted in PGI Chandigarh is said to be critical. Three of them, Aarti, Charan Singh, Geeta and Prem Kumari, have fractured their spine.
