The reopening of this high-altitude route is expected to give a fresh boost to tourism in both Himachal Pradesh and Ladakh ahead of the peak summer travel season. Every year, thousands of travellers eagerly wait for this route to reopen, as it offers one of the most breathtaking road journeys in India.

Known for its stunning mountain views, challenging terrain and scenic landscapes, the Delhi-Leh bus journey remains one of the most memorable road trips for travellers exploring the Himalayas.
