Himachal Pradesh-Opposition to Bulk Drug Park due to trees

A petition is pending in the High Court regarding the state’s first bulk drug park to be set up in Haroli assembly constituency of Una district, but in this petition, the petitioners Harish Kumar and Rajendra Singh have not opposed the park, but have demanded cutting for the park. Has expressed concern about eight lakh trees and plants. Industries Minister Harshvardhan Singh Chouhan put this written reply in the Vidhansabha on the question of Satpal Satti, BJP MLA from Una. The Industries Minister said that the State Government has given about 36 crores for this and the Government of India has so far given an amount of 225 crores. In response to the question of Sudarshan Bablu, Congress MLA from Chintpurni, Industries Minister Harshvardhan Singh Chouhan said that two more yogic areas have been created by the department in three years to set up new industries in Chintpurni.

37 Patwar Circle of Kangra in Corridor

In a written reply to the question of Independent MLA from Dehra, Hoshiar Singh, the Industries Minister said that 37 Patwar circles of Kangra district come under potential industrial zones or industrial corridors. It is under 6 tehsils. The state government has declared them by issuing notifications. So far, about 35 crores have been spent in these patwar circles through PWD, Electricity Board, Jal Shakti Vibhag etc.
