Shimla, March 22, 2025: Anubhav Bali, a promising youth from Junga, Himachal Pradesh, has achieved a remarkable feat by securing the 656th rank in the prestigious Combined Graduate Level (CGL) examination conducted by the Central Staff Selection Commission (CSSC) in September 2024. With this achievement, Anubhav is set to serve as an Assistant Section Officer (ASO) in the Central Secretariat in Delhi, marking a significant milestone in his career and bringing pride to his family and the region.

Anubhav, who has always been known for his dedication and discipline, has been a source of inspiration for many in his community. He completed his schooling up to the 10th grade at Keonthal Convent School, Junga. He then continued his studies at Government Senior Secondary School, Junga, where he completed his 12th grade. His academic journey culminated in a BSc (Mathematics) degree from Government College, Sanjauli, further solidifying his strong academic background.

The achievement has been widely celebrated by his alma mater. MK Sharma, the Principal of Keonthal Convent School, expressed immense pride in Anubhav’s success, stating, “Anubhav was always a bright student. From his school days, he consistently topped his classes, and it’s no surprise that he has now achieved such a prestigious rank. His success is a reflection of his hard work and determination.” Principal Sharma further added that Anubhav’s accomplishment has brought great honor to the school and serves as a shining example for future students.

Anubhav’s family has played a pivotal role in his success. His father, Rupendra Bali, serves as an Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) in the police department, while his mother, Seema Bali, is a homemaker. Anubhav credits his parents for their constant support throughout his academic journey. “My parents have always encouraged me to focus on my goals and work hard,” he said, expressing his gratitude towards them.

Reflecting on the broader picture, Anubhav also shared his thoughts on the current situation facing the youth. He emphasized the importance of perseverance, stating, “Those who try never lose. However, in today’s world, many young people are losing their way by succumbing to addiction, which is a growing concern.” Anubhav’s words resonate deeply with the challenges many youth face today, and he hopes that his success will inspire others to stay focused on their education and avoid distractions.

Anubhav’s achievement in the CGL exam is not just a personal victory but also a testament to the hard work and dedication of young individuals from smaller towns who dare to dream big. His selection as an ASO in the Central Secretariat is a significant step toward realizing his potential and contributing to the nation’s governance.

As Anubhav prepares for his new role in Delhi, his community in Junga remains proud of his accomplishments. His success story serves as an inspiration to many young students, proving that with determination, focus, and the right guidance, even the most challenging goals can be achieved.
