Dev ban lifted, doors of Devta Kanchan Nag, Vyas Rishi and Gautam Rishi opened in Manali after 42 days
Manali, 24 February: Goshal village of Manali saw opening of the doors of Devta Kanchan Nag, Vyas Rishi and Gautam Rishi in rituals on Sunday after 42 days. The traditional Fagli festival was celebrated on the occasion of opening of doors, when the deity also announced this year. A wave of happiness waved in the village, as soon as the doors opened, Goshal and the surrounding villages ended with the ban on Dev, due to which there was a wave of happiness running.
Ban on TV, mobile ends, bells started ringing in the village
On the day of Makar Sankranti, the doors of the deity closed and in the village a ban was imposed from showing TV, making noise and ringing the mobile. For the next 42 days, the village life was peaceful and within the rules. But now that the gates have been opened, the TVs that were off are back on air again and the mobile phones that were on silent mode have started ringing again.
Dev Pindi Prediction on Makar Sankranti
On the occasion of Makar Sankranti, the soil layer on the deity’s pindi was taken off, from which some of the important articles came. It is believed that future predictions of the coming time are made on the basis of these items. Some excreted seater and stones from the pindi, and these are believed to be good signs this year.
