Shimla: Sathya Sai Seva Organisation organised a Bhandara on Makar Sankranti - distributed sweet rice and khichdi at Shimla Railway Station
Shimla, Sourabh Jaiswal: In Shimla too, on Makar Sankranti today, Satya Sai Seva Organisation has organised a Bhandara of sweet rice and khichdi for the tourists arriving from other states at the Railway Station Shimla.
Satya Sai Seva Samiti convener Joginder Singh said that Makar Sankranti has its own religious significance. He said that donating something to someone on this day is a virtuous act.
