Himachal News: Sukhu government gave the gift of regularization to 1109 employees of HRTC
1109 employees of various categories who have completed two years of contract tenure in HRTC have been regularized. Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri, who is in charge of the Transport Department, has given this information through a social media post.
Shimla, July 15: As soon as the assembly by-elections were completed in Himachal Pradesh, the Sukhu government has given a big gift to thousands of employees serving in HRTC. 1109 employees of various categories who have completed two years of contract tenure in HRTC have been regularized. Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri, who is in charge of the Transport Department, has given this information through a social media post.

Mukesh Agnihotri has congratulated all the 1109 employees who have been regularized. He has shared the data of regularized employees in a post put on social media. According to this, 457 conductors, 4 drivers, 534 junior technicians, 83 workshop assistants, six work managers, one superintendent store, 10 junior office assistants and 14 other category employees have been regularized.
HRTC MD Rohan Chand Thakur says that 1144 employees have completed two years of contract on 31 March 2024 and are eligible for regularization. Their cases for regularization were first considered at the divisional level and then brainstorming took place at the headquarters level. Rohan Chand Thakur said that 1109 employees were found eligible for regularization.
