Fighter Planes Crash One Pilot Dead ?
Two fighter planes of the Indian Air Force crashed during a training session.
Two fighter planes, one a Sukhoi Su-30 and another Mirage 2000, crashed in mid of a training session, today, Saturday. The crash is said to happen in Madhya Pradesh. The Sukhoi had two pilots while the Mirage had one. The Mirages reported, crashed near Morena, Madhya Pradesh while the other Sukhoi was reported to go down 100 km away in Bharatpur, Rajasthan. The pilot of the Sukhoi managed to get ejected on time and had been taken to hospital while the pilot of the Mirage is reported to be dead in the crash.
These aircraft were used as front liners in the Indian Air Force. Both these aircraft took off from Gwalior, MP air base. The reason for the crash is not yet cleared.
Defence Minister, Rajnath Singh has said that an investigation would be done to find out the reason for the crash.
The Chief Minister, Shivraj Singh Chouhan has tweeted his grief on the crash that happened in MP.
