Elderly couple murdered in broad daylight in Himachal, bodies found covered in blood in the cowshed of the house

Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Bilaspur, June 09 :A heartbreaking case of murder of an elderly couple has come to light in Chandpur village of Sikroha Gram Panchayat under Barmana police station area of Bilaspur district of Himachal Pradesh.The bodies of the elderly couple were found soaked in blood in the cowshed near the house.The Barmana police station in-charge and his team & the FSL team reached the spot and collected all the samples and sent them to the lab located in Kandaghat.
In the initial investigation of Barmana police, the entire case is related to murder.Bilaspur District Police Administration DSP Headquarters Madan Dhiman told that the FSL team has collected all the evidence on the spot and sent it for investigation.
Barmana police station in-charge said that the elderly couple of Chandpur village, Ruplal, aged 65 years and his wife Kamala Devi, aged 70 years, lived alone at home.
The elderly couple used to go to Chandpur village to deliver milk. But on Sunday morning, when the elderly couple did not come to deliver milk, the villagers felt something was wrong and when the villagers went to the house of the elderly couple and saw, they found that the bodies of the elderly couple were lying soaked in blood in the cowshed adjoining the house. The villagers immediately informed the Barmana police station in-charge.
On receiving the information, the Barmana police station in-charge along with his team immediately reached the spot and took the bodies of the elderly couple in their possession and sent them for postmortem, along with this, the police is thoroughly investigating every aspect of the entire case.
The Barmana police station in-charge and the FSL expert team called at the spot are investigating the entire case as a murder.
All the evidence of the elderly couple found at the spot by the Barmana police team like jewelry, anklets and the open almirah nearby are telling that the elderly couple was murdered by the accused in revenge for the theft, But some evidences of the accused running away after committing the murder have been found by the teams of Barmana police station.
The Barmana police station in-charge has registered a murder case against unknown accused regarding the entire matter and investigation is being done.
Besides, statements of villagers have also been recorded by the teams of Barmana Police Station to find out all the reasons behind the murder of the elderly couple.
