President Draupadi Murmu's visit to Shimla
Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Shimla, April 29:Â All preparations have gained momentum for the four-day visit of Her Excellency the President of India Draupadi Murmu to Shimla.The President is scheduled to land at Jubbarhatti Airport in the capital on Saturday, May 4.The President will also use the road route from Jubbarhatti Airport to reach Chharabra during his stay.
To streamline all the preparations being done for the four-day visit of President Draupadi Murmu to Shimla, Himachal Pradesh Chief Secretary Prabodh Saxena reached the Ridge Ground of the capital today and issued special guidelines.
Let us tell you that President Draupadi Murmu is going to be in Shimla from May 4 to May 8. During the President’s stay in Shimla, a grand cultural program has also been scheduled in the historic Gaiety Theatre.
Himachal Pradesh Chief Secretary Prabodh Saxena said that for the first time President Draupadi Murmu is going to land from Jubbarhatti Airport instead of reaching Kalyani Helipad.
He said that the President is also going to spend a day in Dharamshala during her four-day stay in Shimla. She is very eager to see the beauty of Mall Road and Ridge Ground.
