Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Una, April 19: There has been a stir after the body of an unknown youth was found hanging dead on a Khair tree in the forest adjacent to the Pir Nigaha temple in Una district of Himachal Pradesh.
According to the information, some devotees who reached Peer Nigaha temple early in the morning today told that as soon as they saw the dead body of the young man on the Khair tree, they first called the Panchayat representative and informed him, after which they also informed the Sadar police station in-charge.
Without wasting any time, police station Sadar in-charge Manoj Balia arrived with his teams and brought down the young man from the Khair tree. The young man was also wearing a bag. The phone and Aadhar card were seized from the bag. The youth has been identified in the Aadhaar card as Navdeep Gangar, age 24, son of Makhan Singh, main resident of Bhoda tehsil Garhshankar, district Hoshiarpur.
Police station Sadar in-charge Manoj Balia said that all aspects are being investigated.
