Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Shimla, April 13: Instructions have been issued by Himachal Pradesh University to all the college principals to send the list of teachers’ evaluation duty by April 18. Actually, it has been decided by the Higher Education Department that the results of the students come on time. For this, the evaluation work should also be completed on time. For this, teachers have been put on duty from every college. In this, evaluation work of all types of annual examinations including UG second and third year Shastri is to be done. These examinations are to be completed in March and April.

In such a situation, instructions have been issued by the Controller of Examinations of HPU to all the colleges that under all circumstances, the complete list of teachers along with their names should be sent to the university. So that it can be clear which teacher is on duty from the college. This information will have to be sent to colleges through email.
The most important thing is that only those teachers who have been doing academic work for 2 years will give their duty in the evaluation work. The advantage of this will be that the evaluation work of the students will be completed on time and their results can also be declared immediately after the completion of the examination. Before this, it is seen that due to evaluation work not being completed on time, it takes three to four months for the results of the students.

Every time the HPU administration claims that the result will be released within 40 days of the end of the examination, but it does not happen. To ensure that this does not happen this time, the evaluation work will be completed in advance. The college principal will have to give this list to HPU.
