Himachal Shocked: 16 Year Old Minor Pregnant After Rape, Case Registered Under POCSO Act
A case of a 16 year old minor becoming pregnant has come to light in Kullu district. Police have registered a case against two accused under the POCSO Act.
Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Kullu, March 19: A case of pregnancy of a 16 year old minor has come to light in Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh. Police have registered a case against two accused under the POCSO Act.
Both the accused were sexually exploiting the minor for three months. Both of them had also threatened the victim not to tell anyone else in this regard.

When the victim told everything to her mother, she lodged a complaint of rape with the police. After the complaint, the police has now started further investigation into the case.

SP Kullu Dr. Karthikeyan Gokulchandran said that after getting the minor medically examined, further investigation has been started.
