HPBOSE News: The Board Established A Control Room And Appointed Employees For The Examinations In Himachal

Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education has Established a control room and deputed employees for the smooth conduct of the Regular examinations of 10th and 12th, State Open School examinations of 8th, 10th, plus two classes to be conducted in March 2024.

For the convenience of the candidates, teachers and other concerned parties, control room has been established from March 1 to March 26 under the supervision of State Open School Deputy Secretary Neelam Rani, Assistant Secretary Kalu Ram, Kishori Lal.

Secretary of Himachal Pradesh School Education Board, Dr. Vishal Sharma said that in the coming time, these employees will note the information sought from the candidates and parents in the register and will forward it to the concerned branches for settlement.

Change of center and subject will not be allowed without prior permission of the officer. If any matter is to be brought to the notice of the Chairman and the undersigned during the examinations, the staff working in the Control Room will bring it forward through the Controlling Officers.

Section officers of all the examination branches and operations-one and two branches have been ordered to ensure the presence of one employee from each branch from 8 am every day. The concerned section officer will provide information about the presence of employees working before office hours to the establishment branch. This will be submitted for approval by the establishment branch after verification through biometric attendance.

School Education Board will install POS machine for online payment –

Himachal Pradesh School Education Board will install POS (Point of Sale) machines in all book distribution, information and guidance centers for online payment of the board. Dr. Vishal Sharma, Secretary of Himachal Pradesh School Education Board, said that work is going on for this. District managers, in-charges and all private book sellers registered with the board have been instructed that henceforth any transaction will be done through online POS machine only.
