Shimla – Complete notifications for the election of Mayor and Deputy Mayor on December 4 in Municipal Corporation Solan of Solan city of Himachal Pradesh have been issued today by Solan District Administration Deputy Commissioner Man Mohan Sharma.

The election and swearing in ceremony of Mayor and Deputy Mayor will be held in Municipal Corporation Solan on December 4. The entire process of election of Mayor and Deputy Mayor in Municipal Corporation Solan will be started from 12 noon in Municipal Corporation office Solan as per the notification of DC Solan Man Mohan Sharma.

The election of Mayor and Deputy Mayor is going to be held on December 4 in the Municipal Corporation Solan office of Solan city of Himachal Pradesh. The entire election process for Mayor and Deputy Mayor will be started in the Municipal Corporation office from 12 noon as per the notification of DC Solan Man Mohan Sharma.

Regarding all the election preparations for the election of Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Municipal Corporation Solan, notification for the swearing-in ceremony and lunch has been issued by the Solan District Administration Headquarters.

According to the notification issued by Solan District Administration Deputy Commissioner Mr. Man Mohan Sharma, if the election process of the entire Mayor and Deputy Mayor in the Municipal Corporation Solan office is not completed on November 4, then as per the order, guidelines to complete the election process on December 5. And notification has been issued.

As soon as the election date of December 4 for the Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Municipal Corporation Solan was announced, political activities and movements between the Bharatiya Janata Party and the Congress Party have intensified.

On the other hand, Honourable Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh Shri Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu visited Solan district of Himachal Pradesh on Thursday and there was every possibility of announcing the date of election of Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Municipal Corporation Solan.

Due to which now a notification has been issued by Solan District Administration Headquarters to complete the entire election process on December 4 and 5.

Looking at the current situation, there are a total of 17 seats for councilors in Municipal Corporation Solan. Also, in Municipal Corporation Solan, nine councilor seats are held by the ruling Congress Party, seven councilor seats are held by the Bharatiya Janata Party and one councilor seat is held by an independent councilor.

On the other hand, Solan District Administration Headquarters, Additional Deputy Commissioner Solan Ajay Yadav told Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma that notification has been issued to organize the election and swearing-in ceremony of Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Municipal Corporation Solan on December 4.

The entire process of election of Mayor and Deputy Mayor will be started from 12 noon in the Municipal Corporation office, Solan. Also, if the entire process of election of Mayor and Deputy Mayor in the Municipal Corporation Office, Solan, is not completed on December 4, then as per the notification of Solan District Administration Deputy Commissioner Mr. Man Mohan Sharma, the entire process of election of Mayor and Deputy Mayor will be completed on December 5.
