However, due to the serious fighting that took place, all the students suffered serious injuries.

The hospital manager of Indira Gandhi Medical College Hospital (IGMC), Shimla, said that during the stimulus programme, the incident of fighting took place due to four-five outside elements.

Somehow things went wrong due to four-five outside elements and the matter escalated into a full-blown fight.

Principal of Indira Gandhi Medical College Hospital (IGMC), Shimla, Dr. Sita Thakur told Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma that information has been given to Shimla Police only after the incident.

Taking the matter seriously, Shimla Police has started the investigation process between the two groups.

The serious assault took place entirely during the stimulus program organized at Atal Auditorium of IGMC Shimla.

Various programs are being organized on different days during the stimulus program organized at Atal Auditorium.

During the stimulus program, all the trainee students were presenting various cultural presentations in the afternoon and in the evening, all the prominent artists invited from outside were presenting mesmerizing presentations.
