Punjab News- The National Investigation Agency has raided the terrorist hideouts of Khalistani terrorist and Sikh for Justice organization chief Gurpatwant Singh Pannun and seized all the assets under the Special Act for carrying out illegal activities.
Gurpatwant Singh Pannun had been working as a legal advisor to himself and the main post of co-founder of the Sikhs for Justice organization to promote Khalistani activities in America.
NIA seized all the properties located in Chandigarh and Amritsar –
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) team has attached all the properties of Gurpatwant Singh Pannun at all his Chandigarh and Amritsar based properties under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act.
Gurpatwant Singh Pannun’s US-based Sikhs for Justice Khalistani terrorist organization has been banned by the US on India’s demand.
1/4th share of house number 2033 of Sector-15C of Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, located in Chandigarh city, has been seized under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act.
This action was taken by the National Investigation Agency in its charge sheet number – RC- 19/2020/NIA/DLI, declaring Gurpatwant Singh Pannun a criminal in terrorist organizations.
The National Investigation Agency has taken action against Gurpatwant Singh Pannun at all the locations under Section 33(5) of the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act.
The National Investigation Agency has carried out the entire action under the Act 1967 as per the order of NIA special court SAS Nagar, Mohali dated 14/09/2023. This action has been informed to the general public.
Agricultural land of Gurpatwant Singh Pannun’s ancestral village Khankot confiscated –
The agricultural land of Khankot village at Amritsar based hideouts of Gurpatwant Singh Pannun has also been seized by the National Investigation Agency in view of the terrorist case registered in 2020 by the Central Investigation Agency. 46 Kanals of agricultural land of terrorist Pannun has been seized by the National Investigation Agency.
