Himachal News : In honor of the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the country, the nationwide Meri Mati Mera Desh campaign has started from August 9.
Himachal News : In honor of the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the country, the nationwide Meri Mati Mera Desh campaign has started from August 9.
This campaign will continue till August 30. Under the campaign, a program was organized by Nehru Yuva Kendra in Shimla’s doomy, in which tribute was paid to the martyrs.
State Director of Nehru Yuva Kendra Ira Prabhat said that 27 SSB jawans also participated in this program. The people present on this occasion were administered the oath of Amrit Mahotsav of Independence and five vows were also taken.
Meri Mati, Mera Desh program was also organized in Senwala Panchayat of Sirmaur district to describe the heroes. Saplings were also planted on this occasion. Seventy-five saplings were planted. Prithvi, coordinator of Nehru Yuva Kendra, said that the center will work in the coming days. Meri Mati, Mera Desh will also organize more programs under the program in collaboration with youth circles and panchayats.
