Kinnaur News : Heavy rains wreak havoc in Gyabung and Rushkhulang villages of Kinnaur district

In Gyabung panchayat of East subdivision of Kinnaur district, people of the panchayat are in panic after heavy destruction in Gyabung and Rushkhulang villages due to Ropakhanth changing its course.

People are fleeing from their homes due to the flood water coming into the gardens and houses of the villagers. Because the danger of flood again remains constant.

Gyabung Panchayat Pradhan Gyan Singh Negi told that after the floods in Ropakhand, hundreds of bighas of fertile land in Gyabung and Rushkhulang villages have been destroyed and the village is in danger.

In such a situation, people are living in the shadow of fear. They have demanded from the local administration and the government that Ropakhand should be channelized immediately, so that any possible disaster can be prevented.
