Himachal News : Due to continuous heavy rains in the state, the National Highway Authority has appealed to the people to be careful while traveling
Due to continuous heavy rains in the state, there is a danger of road collapse due to falling of stones at many places on National Highway 305 at Rampur in Shimla district.
In such a situation, the National Highway Authority has appealed to the people to take precautions and be alert while traveling.
Authority’s assistant engineer Kartar Sharma said that due to heavy rains, the falling of stones on the main road is continuing. He has appealed to the people to leave their homes only for essential work.
At the same time, he said that due to continuous heavy rains in Himachal Pradesh, roads have been damaged at many places in the state, as well as due to landslides, there has been a lot of damage to the roads in the state and due to this, there are still many roads in the state. Incidents of falling of stones from the mountains are coming to the fore at places, so the National Highway Authority appeals to the people to travel with caution while traveling.
