Jairam Thakur – In view of heavy to very heavy rains in Himachal Pradesh appeal to the people to stay at home

Leader of the Opposition Jairam Thakur has appealed to the people to stay indoors in view of heavy to very heavy rains in the state.

Jairam Thakur has appealed to the people to stay at a proper distance from the river drains obstructed by floods. He has also demanded the government to give immediate benefits to the flood victims and to open the closed roads soon.

It has been raining continuously for the last two days in the state. And the news of huge damage due to rain is being received from all parts of the country. The loss of life and property has happened on a large scale.

Jairam Thakur said – I have a humble request to the people of Himachal, till the rain
This type of possibility is being expressed. Till then we stay safe in our homes, it will be good.

And along with that, I also have a humble request to the Himachal Pradesh government to take immediate action to save the lives of those whose lives are in danger and if there are reports of loss of life and property, wherever it may be necessary. Rescue should be done there or there is a need for rescue operation and where there is a need to work with a view to provide relief to the people, to make up for the damage due to the damage done, do that work.
