But now these relations are changing. According to a report, Russia has threatened India to cancel energy and arms deals. By June, Russia may come in the blacklist of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF). To avoid coming in this list, Russia has sought help from India. It has threatened India to cancel the deal if it helps or fails to do so.
