Russia – Ukraine War Updates : A fierce war is going on between the army of Russia and Ukraine for the last 14 months. In recent days, Russian and Ukrainian forces have been fighting against each other to capture the politically important Bakhmut. Meanwhile, Russia said on Saturday (May 20) that it had captured the eastern Ukrainian city of Bakhmut.

Bakhmut was considered the center of war. Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated his troops and Group Wagner on the victory over Bakhmut. Bakhmut is a salt-mining town that once housed 70,000 people. This place has been the center of the longest and bloodiest battle in terms of war.
