Israeli Foreign Minister Eli Cohen to visit India next month

Israel’s ambassador said the speaker of the parliament, the Knesset, had visited in late March. In the month of April, the Minister of Economy and now the Minister of External Affairs is coming to India.

His visit comes after Israel’s Economy Minister Nir Barkat, who visited India in April this year on a four-day official visit with a large business delegation. The former mayor of Jerusalem visited Delhi and Mumbai. Israeli Knesset Speaker Amir Ohana also made an official visit to India in late March. Who signed a memorandum of understanding on the first cooperation and exchange of information agreement between the parliaments of Israel and India. However, this visit is taking place at a time when Israel is celebrating the 75th anniversary of its independence.
