Fire Breaks Out at Shimla’s ‘Dimple’ Lodge, Recently Used for Kapil Sharma–Neetu Kapoor Film Shoot

No casualties were reported after a fire broke out at ‘Dimple’ Lodge in Shimla on Wednesday morning, officials said.

The incident occurred around 8 a.m. in the Chhota Shimla area. Local residents spotted the flames and immediately alerted the police and fire department.

Fire tenders rushed to the scene and managed to bring the blaze under control after several hours of effort.

Jyoti Rana, Additional District Magistrate (Protocol), said that the cause of the fire and the extent of damage are being assessed.

According to locals, the lodge had recently served as a filming location for an upcoming Bollywood movie starring Kapil Sharma and Neetu Kapoor.
