Greencore Raises Profit Forecast for the Second Time in Less Than Three Months
British convenience food producer Greencore (GNC.L) on Wednesday raised its annual profit forecast for the second time in less than three months, driven by strong demand for sandwiches and sushi as well as strict cost control measures.
The company now expects an adjusted operating profit of around £125 million ($167.4 million), up from its previous guidance range of £118 million to £121 million.
