Man Stabbed to Death by Nephew Over Land Dispute

A man was fatally stabbed by his nephew on Sunday in Ludred village under the Nagrota Bagwan subdivision of Kangra district, following a longstanding land dispute.
Confirming the incident, a senior police officer in Dharamshala said the accused, identified as Sukhbinder Singh, attacked his uncle multiple times with a knife.
The victim has been identified as Ashok Kumar, a resident of Ludred village. Police said Kumar was on his way to work in the morning when his nephew confronted him.
An argument broke out between the two, during which Singh allegedly pulled out a knife from his pocket and stabbed his uncle at least eight times.
Family members and villagers rushed Kumar to Dr. Rajendra Prasad Government Medical College and Hospital in Tanda, where doctors on duty declared him dead.
Reports suggest that Kumar had earlier lodged a complaint against his nephew over the land dispute, but the matter had remained unresolved.
