CM Reviews Rain Havoc in Mandi, Kullu, and Kinnaur

Shimla, August 18: Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu today reviewed the situation in the districts of Mandi, Kullu, and Kinnaur following the devastation caused by continuous heavy rainfall. He personally spoke with the Deputy Commissioners of the affected districts and directed them to send detailed reports of the damage.

The Chief Minister instructed the district administrations to extend all possible support to affected families. He also asked officials to expedite the restoration of blocked roads and intensify relief operations.

Appealing to the public, he urged people to stay away from rivers and streams and to strictly follow the advisories issued from time to time by the district administrations.

The Chief Minister reaffirmed that the safety of every citizen remains the state government’s top priority and assured that the government stands firmly with the people during this difficult time.
